Terms of Service
These Terms form an agreement between you and NoRageJobs LLC and govern access to the NoRageJobs platform and its listing, review, discovery, account, and related software services. In these Terms, "NoRageJobs," "we," "us," and "our" refer to NoRageJobs LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
No payment obligation is created unless a checkout clearly displays the amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation terms, and refund rules and the account holder expressly authorizes the charge.
1. Who may use NoRageJobs
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. A person creating or operating a business account represents that they are authorized to bind and act for that employer, staffing agency, recruiting firm, or other organization. You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users, and activity performed through your account.
When Agency Workspace features are enabled and used, an agency organization has one owner account and may include individually invited members. The owner is responsible for inviting only authorized personnel, assigning appropriate access, keeping membership current, and removing access when it is no longer needed. Each member must use their own credentials; shared logins are prohibited.
2. NoRageJobs' role
NoRageJobs provides job-listing, review, discovery, safety-screening, account, and related software services. NoRageJobs is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, payroll provider, or party to an employment agreement. It does not make hiring decisions or provide legal, tax, wage, benefits, or employment advice.
NoRageJobs does not guarantee candidates, applications, interviews, offers, hires, revenue, or other results. Business-account and listing review may reduce risk but does not independently confirm every factual statement or guarantee the future conduct of a business or applicant.
3. Accounts, profiles, and resumes
Job seekers may browse public listings without an account. An optional personal account may store a private profile, resume, alerts, and preferences. Employers and recruiters cannot browse a personal profile or resume through the public job-search service unless the job seeker separately chooses to share it through an application process.
When Agency Workspace features are enabled and used, accepting an agency invitation associates the invited user's account with that agency organization. Depending on assigned permissions and work assignments, authorized agency members may access shared organization records such as listings, applications intentionally submitted to the agency, client hiring information, approvals, and activity history. Removing a member ends future access but does not erase historical attribution or organization records.
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your password, and notify support@noragejobs.com of suspected unauthorized access. Account sharing, impersonation, and evasion of a suspension are prohibited.
4. Employer and recruiter promises
Every employer, agency, recruiter, and authorized representative promises that:
- The organization is legitimate and the representative is authorized to use the account.
- Every listing describes a real, currently available opportunity that the organization is authorized to fill.
- Pay, schedule, location, duties, benefits, requirements, employer identity, and application instructions are accurate and not misleading.
- Listings and recruiting activity comply with wage, employment, privacy, accessibility, and anti-discrimination laws.
- Application destinations are secure and controlled by an authorized party.
- Filled, expired, or inaccurate listings will be corrected or closed promptly.
- Job-seeker information will not be scraped, resold, or used outside a legitimate recruiting or hiring purpose.
Employer-specific terms
Direct employers are responsible for accurately identifying the employing organization and for ensuring that each listing is authorized by that organization.
Recruiter and staffing-agency-specific terms
Recruiters and staffing agencies must have permission to represent each client, clearly identify the recruiting relationship, and provide the agency-specific disclosures required by the Posting Rules, including who employs and pays the worker and the applicable placement or assignment terms.
An agency must maintain accurate client hiring authorization details for each client represented through the service. Those details are the agency's claim and do not mean NoRageJobs independently verified the relationship. Ordinary NoRageJobs job review remains separate. When Agency Workspace features are enabled and used, agency members may act only within the permissions and assignments granted to them, and their actions may be attributed to the individual account and preserved in organization activity history.
Businesses may not impersonate another organization or submit content they do not have the right to use.
5. No applicant fees
Employers, staffing agencies, and recruiters may not charge a job seeker to apply, be considered, interview, receive a placement, or access a job posted through NoRageJobs. Attempts to collect application, placement, equipment, training, background-check, onboarding, or similar fees from a job seeker may result in rejection, removal, suspension, and investigation.
6. Listing review and business-account checks
Every listing is screened and reviewed before becoming public. NoRageJobs may request changes, reject a submission, remove or expire a listing, or investigate an account. A reviewed listing means only that it passed the platform checks identified at that time. A business account may also be reviewed or verified under the checks available at that time. Review or verification is not an endorsement, guarantee, background check, independent confirmation of every factual statement, or promise of future conduct.
Fraud and safety screening may include automated and manual checks. Scam, spam, and misleading listings are removed when identified, but no screening system can prevent every harmful act.
7. Submitted content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NoRageJobs a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use submitted job descriptions, logos, business information, and related material as needed to operate, review, promote, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant that license.
NoRageJobs' name, marks, software, design, databases, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, frame, or create derivative services from them except as allowed by law or written permission.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Fake jobs, misleading compensation, unlawful discrimination, or suspicious application destinations.
- Applicant fees, advance-payment requests, check-cashing schemes, or requests to transfer money.
- Malware, phishing, spam, harassment, or collection of unnecessary sensitive information.
- Bots, scraping, excessive automated requests, security testing without authorization, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Reverse engineering, account sharing, credential trafficking, or interference with the service.
- Using job-seeker data for marketing, resale, identity profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the person's job search.
9. Pricing and billing
Early Access and introductory job slots
Approved employers, independent recruiters, and staffing agencies selected by NoRageJobs to help test the platform may be granted up to five active job slots free for 90 days. For newly approved Early Access testers, the period begins on the business account's first approval date; previously approved businesses receive the period only when NoRageJobs grants it with explicit start and end dates. A job pending review reserves a free slot, but a draft does not. A slot becomes available again when its job is rejected, withdrawn, closed, filled, or expired. The five free slots do not increase the total capacity of a paid active-slot plan. No credit card is required for the Early Access free slots.
A separate public-launch introductory offer is available only if NoRageJobs configures a public launch date. Businesses newly approved during the first 90 days after that date receive up to five active job slots free for 90 days from their own first approval date. This introductory offer does not grant Founder Edition status. Eligible Early Access testers who actively participate may separately receive an admin-granted Founder Edition benefit for 12 months after their free period. Founder Edition is not a publicly selectable plan and is not automatically granted to every tester. Neither free period automatically creates a payment obligation when it ends; additional or later paid posting is subject to the applicable pricing and express checkout authorization.
NoRageJobs will display current business pricing, included features or capacity, billing frequency, and applicable restrictions within the authenticated pricing experience and again before checkout. Creating an account does not create a payment obligation. When Agency Workspace billing features are available, only the owner or another role expressly granted billing authority may authorize an organization charge.
Business purchases may include one-time charges or recurring subscriptions. Any included posting capacity, active-job slots, user seats, usage restrictions, activation timing, plan-change timing, recurrence, cancellation, and refund treatment will be governed by the authenticated pricing and checkout disclosures presented for that purchase.
NoRageJobs will not process a live recurring or one-time charge until checkout identifies the amount, whether the charge recurs, the billing date and frequency when applicable, taxes or tax treatment, proration when applicable, included posting, slot, or seat capacity, cancellation timing and method, refund rules, and any other material terms. Failed or reversed payments may prevent publication or suspend paid features. You authorize only the charge presented and accepted at checkout.
Withdrawing a listing does not itself create a refund. Refunds, rejected-listing treatment, credits, and chargebacks are governed by the Refund Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks or payment abuse may lead to suspension, but nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Third-party services and application links
Listings may direct users to third-party websites, email addresses, or phone numbers. NoRageJobs does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Users should evaluate a business and application destination before sharing information.
11. Reports, enforcement, and appeals
NoRageJobs may review reports, request information, preserve relevant records, hide or remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access to protect users and the service. Affected businesses may contact support with relevant evidence and request reconsideration. NoRageJobs may retain records after closure when reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or enforcement.
12. Service availability and changes
The service may be interrupted, changed, limited, or discontinued. Features and screening methods may evolve. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by a new version and updated date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or account email. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. NoRageJobs is not responsible for employment decisions, workplace conduct, third-party content, or transactions between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoRageJobs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities.
14. General terms and governing law
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Posting Rules, and Refund Policy form the agreement for the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive. You may not assign an account or these Terms without written consent; NoRageJobs may assign the service in connection with a lawful business transfer.
15. Electronic communications and notices
You consent to receive account, verification, security, billing, and legal notices electronically at the email address associated with your account. Keep that address current. Support and legal inquiries may be sent to the contact below.
