Employer, Recruiter, and Agency Posting Rules

Effective: September 23, 2026Last updated: September 27, 2026Version 1.3

NoRageJobs is operated by NoRageJobs LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. In these Rules, "NoRageJobs," "we," "us," and "our" refer to NoRageJobs LLC. These rules apply to direct employers, staffing agencies, recruiting firms, placement organizations, and authorized representatives that submit listings to NoRageJobs.

What review means

Every listing is screened and reviewed before it becomes public. Approval means the submission passed NoRageJobs' current review standards. It is not an endorsement, employment guarantee, or independent confirmation of every fact.

1. Real and authorized opportunities only

A listing must represent a real, currently available opportunity. The account holder must be authorized to hire for the direct employer or, for an agency listing, authorized to recruit for the identified client. An agency must maintain accurate client hiring authorization details before using that client in recruiting activity. Those details are the agency's claim and do not mean NoRageJobs independently verified the relationship. Speculative resume collection, lead generation, fake openings, impersonation, and listings copied without permission are prohibited.

2. Required accuracy and transparency

Listings must accurately state the employer or recruiter identity, job title, duties, pay range and frequency, schedule, shift, expected hours, overtime, employment type, location or remote eligibility, requirements, benefits, physical expectations, application method, and material working conditions. Information may not be hidden in an application funnel or contradicted by another part of the listing.

3. Additional agency and recruiter disclosures

  • The listing must be labeled as an agency or recruiter listing.
  • The recruiter must identify the authorized client, provide current client hiring authorization details, and state whether the client may be named publicly.
  • The listing must state who employs the worker, who issues payroll, the placement type, and the expected assignment length when applicable.
  • The recruiter must promptly update a listing when authorization, assignment terms, or availability changes.
  • When Agency Workspace features are enabled and used, agency members may create, edit, assign, internally approve, or submit listings only within the permissions and assignments granted by their organization.
  • Internal agency approval does not replace NoRageJobs review or publication approval.

4. No applicant fees

No business may charge a job seeker to apply, be considered, interview, receive placement, or access a NoRageJobs opportunity. Application, placement, equipment, training, onboarding, background-check, deposit, and similar job-seeker fees are prohibited. A listing or account that requests money from a job seeker may be rejected, removed, suspended, and investigated.

5. Nondiscrimination and lawful hiring

Listings and hiring practices must comply with applicable equal-employment, wage, privacy, disability, labor, and consumer-protection laws. Discriminatory preferences or exclusions based on protected characteristics are prohibited unless a lawful and documented exception applies. Businesses are responsible for obtaining their own legal advice.

6. Safe application destinations

Application links, email addresses, phone numbers, and hosted forms must be controlled by an authorized party, use appropriate security, and request only information reasonably related to hiring. Link shorteners, suspicious redirects, malware, requests for account credentials, advance payments, check deposits, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or unnecessary sensitive data are prohibited.

7. Content and data use

The posting organization must own or be permitted to use submitted descriptions, logos, photos, and company information. Job-seeker data may be used only for the legitimate opportunity and related hiring process for which it was provided. Scraping, resale, unrelated marketing, or unauthorized profiling is prohibited.

8. Review, correction, and closure

NoRageJobs may use automated and manual checks, request documents or edits, reject a listing, return it for changes, remove it, or suspend an account. Businesses must promptly correct inaccurate information and close jobs that are filled, canceled, expired, or no longer authorized. If an available plan, Early Access benefit, introductory offer, or other account entitlement uses reusable active-job capacity, closing or otherwise releasing a job makes that slot available again as described in the authenticated account information and Terms.

When Agency Workspace features are enabled and used, job creation, assignment, internal approval, submission, correction, publication, and closure activity may be attributed to the individual agency member who performed it. Reassigning or removing a member does not erase the listing's prior ownership or activity history.

9. Reports and appeals

Users may report suspicious or inaccurate listings. NoRageJobs may preserve relevant records and contact the business while investigating. A business may respond with evidence or request reconsideration through support@noragejobs.com.
